We will explore themes of self empowerment, rejuvenation through deep rest, and bring healing to our vagus nerve through tranquil sounds, the dream-like effects of yoga nidra meditation, and the grounding power of sage. This experience will be an exit from the chaos that can be everyday life and open a pathway to total nervous system reset.
