I’m truly excited for my first sound meditation experience in yet another beautiful church setting. It’s a special time to relax deeply, calm your busy mind, and fully immerse yourself in the soothing, healing sounds produced by big gongs and a variety of percussion instruments.
As a meaningful part of your self-care routine, you can choose to pray, meditate, embark on a personal journey, or simply fall asleep. Regardless of which practice you engage in, the important thing is that you have dedicated valuable time for yourself and your well-being.
For your comfort bring your own yoga mat, bolster, pillow and blanket. You’re also welcome to sit or lay in the pews. Feel free to bring a comfortable light weight chair.
